Remodeling and renovation of a communication facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the remodel of a communication facility; and for the renovation of a communication facility.

The work consists of minor demolition, mechanical, electrical , technology, and associated architectural work for remodeling of Telecommunications Rooms in Terminal 1 and throughout the MSP Campus. The work also consists of relocating network equipment in Telecommunications Enclosures into Telecommunications Rooms in Terminal 1 and out-buildings throughout the MSP Campus. This includes rerouting of existing conduit and cabling along with providing new conduit and cabling.
