Site work for a water / sewer project in Lewisburg, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of Water System Improvements consisting of the following items WTP Site Clearing and Rough Grading SCOPE This section includes pipe, trench, building excavation, filling, backfilling and other items necessary to complete the project. Geotechnical Engineering Report is presented in the back of these specifications and is made a part of these specifications. The CONTRACTOR shall strictly adhere to the recommendations and procedures contained within the report. The cost of all soils testing as established in the report shall be borne by the OWNER. The Work will be substantially completed within 150 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 2.03 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions within 180 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
