Description Improvements to Restrooms and Parking Lot at OTTAWA HILLS PARK By downloading bidding materials, all entities acknowledge and understand that, in order to submit an acceptable bid per the City of Grand Rapids guidelines, they must be prequalified in the appropriate categories and amounts to bid as Prime Contractor for the project. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to verify prequalification status with the Engineering Department prior to bid opening. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may be grounds for a bid to be unread or disqualified.
