Renovation of a mixed-use development in Odessa, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Ector County ISD, School Nutrition Department is soliciting proposals to furnish and install the necessary equipment to convert an existing walk-in cooler into a freezer. The contractor shall furnish and install all labor, materials, and services required for a complete installation. The contractor's scope of work includes, but is not limited to, providing and installing the mechanical system associated with the freezer equipment and controls system, including installation of all refrigeration, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical components, and the removal and replacement of the existing power operated cooler door with a new power operated freezer door, including the installation and modifications of the electrical components. The contractor shall furnish and install all labor, materials, and services required for a complete and proper installation necessary for the proper and intended function of the freezer Owner Rights: The ECISD School Nutrition Department has the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids received, or to make awards as they may appear to be advantageous to the district. Bonds. Vendor shall provide all bonds, including bid guarantee, performance bond, and payment bond, as applicable, under U.S. Department of Agriculture and/or Texas Department of Agriculture rules.
