Renovation of a municipal facility in Carterville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Work to include the removal approximately 6,256 SF of shingle roofing down to the plywood substrate and install new 50-year limited warranty prorated after 10 years architectural shingles over new synthetic underlayment. Work also includes the replacement of all flashings, eave trim, and ridge vents. Gutters and downspouts to remain and be thoroughly cleaned and resealed for positive water drainage. All work contemplated by the Construction Documents shall commence after May 27, 2024 and shall be substantially complete by August 2, 2022. Final Completion date shall be 10 days after substantial completion.
