Roof Replacement Of Approximately 8,400 Square Feet Each Bid Shall Be Enclosed In A Sealed Envelope Upon Which There Is Disclosed And Necessary Information As Required By The Bid Document. Please Mark "bid Roof Replacement" On The Envelope. The Owner Reserves The Right To Hold All Legitimate Bids For A Period Of Thirty (30) Days After The Date Fixed For The Opening There Of. The Owner Further Reserves The Right To Reject Any And All Bids And Waive Irregularities. The Owner Shall Incur No Legal Liability For The Payment Of Monies Until The Contract Is Awarded And Approved By The Proper Authorities. Questions about this project and bidding process should be directed to Dave Skogen at dave.skogen@k12.nd.us or 701-947-5036. 1. Remove old shingles and dispose of them. 2. Remove the edge metal and gutter apron. 3. Repair roof underlayment as needed. 4. Install Winter Guard (one row) and install Tyvek underlayment. 5. Install D-rib steel sheeting (29 gauge). 6. Install a vented ridge cap. 7. Install all necessary trims. For example, rake and corner, gutter apron, snow guards, and sewer flashings. 8. Repair any soffit areas that need repair.
