Bus Barn Electrical The Owner reserves the right to hold all legitimate bids for a period of thirty (30) days after the date fixed for the opening there of. The Owner further reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive irregularities. The Owner shall incur no legal liability for the payment of monies until the contract is awarded and approved by the proper authorities. 1. Modify 6 outlets on inside east wall (stub out to liner steel depth) 2. Install 4 electrical outlets on inside north wall 3. Install 3 electrical outlets on inside south wall 4. Install 12 permanent light fixtures (temporary lights already installed) 5. Install 4 ceiling fans 6. Run electrical for corner heater (250,000 BTU gas) 7. Install 2 electrical outlets on outside north wall 8. Install 3 outside lights on outside west wall 9.
