Package "B" (Rehabilitation of Runway 11-29, Taxiways A, B, C East and Apron I). Major work components include 3D milling, minor and major crack repairs, full depth base reconstruction, reuse of recycled asphalt products (RAP), sub-surface drains, concrete swale, culverts, 3D hot mix asphalt overlay and placement, ditch realignment and profiling, safety area grading with topsoil and seeding, pavement surface markings, lighted and retro-reflective airside guidance signs, screw piles, lighted and retro-reflective edge markers and adjustments, duct bank and pull pit tie-ins located at the Cooking Lake Airport, Alberta; and further identified as IASL 149C.
