Elk Island Public Schools (EIPS) is requesting Proposals from qualified Professional Inspection and Maintenance Company or companies to supply annual testing, inspection, and certification, including written reports for our fire alarm systems, portable fire extinguishers/fire hose cabinets, sprinkler systems and kitchen fire suppression systems. EIPSs preference is to enter into a two (2) year term with the option to renew for three (3) one (1) year periods. The term of this agreement is anticipated to start June 30, 2024, through to June 30, 2026, on an as and when required basis as per the following instructions, terms and conditions, and specifications. Optional renewal periods will be considered based on product, vendor performance, and pricing that is satisfactory to Elk Island Public Schools. Inspections Commence July 1, 2024 Inspections Completed August 15, 2024 Deadline for written inquires to the RFP May 16, 2024
