Renovation of a laboratory facility in Grambling, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.

Grambling State University has secured funds for the purpose of renovating one (1) instructional Biology lab 1,014 sq. ft. (39 x 26) respectively located in the basement of Carver Hall Science Building. The physical layout of these Lab Room 185 is functionally obsolete and unattractive. To promote greater interactivity between faculty and students, we are seeking to replace the traditional model design of aged equipment, lab benches and other furnishings with a new design, more attractive and modern appeal that helps to aid with the creative thinking conducive to learning. Sealed bids will be received for: Revocations of Carver Hall Biology Lab Rm. 185 Deadline to receive written inquiries: April 4, 2024 Bidder may submit a written request for interpretation to the Grambling State University Purchasing at the email address purchasingbids@gram.edu . Evidence of General Liability Insurance, Auto Liability Insurance, and Workers Compensation Insurance required for this contract. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least thirty (30) days. The University reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informalities. Evidence of authority to submit the bid shall be required in accordance with R.S. 38:2212(B)(5) and/or R.S. 39:1594(C)(4).
