Bids for Aggregate Bituminous Surface Treatment Line Striping 4,000 tons of various stone sizes 600 tons of bituminous materials 60,000 gallon CRS2PM emulsion 80,000 linear feet of Double Yellow Striping 25,000 linear feet of Single White Striping All materials must meet current PA DOT specifications. All quantities are more or less. Proposals must be upon PA DOT Form MS-963 (10-83) furnished by Paradise Township. Bid Bonds are not required. Successful bidders, when awarded contract, must furnish a Performance Bond with suitable surety for 50% of the contract amount. All bids must be sealed and plainly marked "Bids for Road materials". Bids may be for any or all items in the proposal. The Paradise Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any technical or legal deficiencies or irregularities and to accept any bid that it believes to be in the best interest of the Township.
