Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for an educational facility in Gate City, Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for asbestos abatement for a educational facility.

The Scott County Schools Maintenance Department is seeking bids for demolition and asbestos abatement of approximately 7,925 total square feet of various flooring material as described below for the schools listed in the RFP. The schools will be available May 28, 2024 for work to start. All work must be completed no later than July 10, 2024 to allow for all testing to be completed and the new flooring to be installed. The asbestos contractor will need to provide all documentation for the disposal of ACM, 10% of project cost will be withheld until all documents are received. Scott County School Board reserves the right to reject any and all quotes/bids.
