Roadways will be determined by the DPW Director. The work encompassed in this project shall include, but not be limited to, performing all operations, and furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the application of Modified Asphalt Chip Seal with Rubber Polymer In Place across existing bituminous pavements within the specified longitudinal and transverse limits, and all items described necessary to complete the work of this Contract to the satisfaction of the Town of Scituate.
