Site work and renovation of a civil project in N Scituate, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The second pre-bid conference is to be held at 10:00 AM on November 1st, 2024 at the Rockland Oaks Housing Main office 104 Rockland Road Scituate, RI 02857. The project consists of the civil, well installation, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation work required for the connection of Rockland Oaks Housing facilty to the Scituate High School and Middle School Public Water System. The successful bidder must comply with all Rhode Island Laws, applicable to public works projects, including, but not limited to provisions of Chapter 13 of Title 37 of the Rhode Island General Laws, pertaining to prevailing wage rates, and all other applicable local, state and federal laws. The Bid will remain subject to acceptance until December 31, 2024. No bids may be withdrawn until this date after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The Owner and Project Manager reserve the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informalities in the bidding and to accept that Proposal which, in its judgment, best serves the interest of the Owner
