SCOPE OF WORK AND REQUIREMENTS With this RFQ, the District is requesting proposals to provide a turnkey project to: Upgrade the existing lighting fixtures and lighting controls as listed in Attachments A - Fixture Schedule and Attachments B - Installation Schedule Provide all necessary supervision, installation personnel, equipment, and materials to complete the work in a professional and timely manner as defined in Attachments A - Fixture Schedule, Attachments B - Installation Schedule, Attachments C - Supplemental Conditions. Provide a 3-year warranty for all labor in addition to any manufacturer warranties associated with the project. Provide As-Built Documentation and Closeout Procedures as defined in Attachments C - Supplemental Condition Please provide a base bid for the project, reflecting the incentives broken down below Utility incentives for the lighting retrofit are pre-approved, as indicated in the attached pre- approval letters -[Pre-Approval Letter - 108242 ($82,760.50) and Pre-Approval Letter 108431 (83,922.90)]. Please subtract the combined pre-approved incentives in the amount of $166,683.40 from the Total Project Price. Any received utility incentives are considered a form of payment by the District. Any future changes to the incentives would remain a form of payment by the District towards the total cost of the project. Base Bid: Provide all labor, equipment, and material for the complete workmanlike installation of the listed fixtures, your quote should include but not be limited to the following: All luminaires, retrofit kits, wire, conduit, junction boxes, handholes, connectors, panels and appurtenances required to make fixtures operational. Interconnection with existing power sources. All protective safety equipment and barriers. All staging, lifts and miscellaneous equipment necessary to complete the work. All waste and storage containers required. Removal of all waste materials and trash. All permits, pre and post inspections required.
