Renovation of a residential development in Lowell, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Lowell Housing Authority and the Board of Commissioners, the Awarding Authority, invite sealed bids from Contractors for the replacement of a generator at Concord River Mill located at 50 Stackpole Street for the Lowell Housing Authority in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by TBA Architects, Inc. The Project consists of: plumbing and electrical work associated with the replacement of a 60KW generator. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive, Davis Bacon Wage Determination for Building Construction (MA4), 40 U.S.C. 276, 29 C.F.R. 1. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates) and made payable to the Lowell Housing Authority The LHA reserves the right to cancel the IFB, reject any or all bids and waive informalities.
