Site work for a water / sewer project in Bluffton, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Rehabilitation of the City's existing 50,000-gallon multi-column elevated water storage tank. Work includes painting of the tank exterior Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. If awarded the Contract, the successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount Bids shall be on a lump sum basis The City of Bluffton reserves the right to reject any or all bids including without limitation the rights to reject any or all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids; and to make an award in the best interest of the City of Bluffton
