Description Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance to Savannah State University (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP. Savannah State University is seeking bids to establish an agency contract for landscaping and grounds maintenance for our main campus, 5000 Jasmine Avenue, 2717 Livingston Avenue, and 305 Fahm Street. Under the terms of this contract, the Contractor shall provide overall grounds maintenance that results in a clean, attractive, and well-groomed appearance at all times. All exterior areas of the property are included in this contract except where noted. Contract term will be for one fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024 with the option to renew up to four (4) additional years.
