The Savannah-Chatham County Public School System ("SCCPSS") would like to take this opportunity to announce that it is requesting bids for Bid 24-66 Handheld Radios (Annual Contract). The Savannah-Chatham County Public School System's intent of these specifications is to solicit formal sealed bids from qualified firms to establish an annual contract, through competitive negotiation, to obtain "handheld radios" to be purchased and delivered to the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System sites on an "as needed." . While SCCPSS will accept all bids received by the purchasing@sccpss.com email account before the deadline, bidders should not wait until the last minute to submit bids. It shall not be sufficient to show that the bid was sent by email before the scheduled deadline. Any bid not received by the District by 10:59:59:99 a.m. (ET) will be rejected. If you have any questions concerning this solicitation, please submit them in writing to Alicia Williams, Purchasing Agent at purchasing@sccpss.com. Please note that all communications relating to this solicitation must be directed to the Purchasing Department pursuant to SCCPSS policy
