Speed Humps Installation The Savannah Airport Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities and irregularities in the bids received. : The purpose of these specifications is to describe the requirements to install (4) four speed humps on Melaver Drive, located on the property of the Savannah Airport Commission. Melaver Drive is approximately 25 wide. The winning bidder will be responsible for ensuring that drivers do not drive around the speed humps by placing signage on the sides of the road, extending the humps, etc. The winning bidder will also provide paint markings on the speed humps, while restriping Melavar Drive. Melaver Drive is approximately 1,200 long. Traffic control and safety measures will be provided by the bidder. All measurements are approximate. Bidders are responsible for final measurements and calculations. Site visits for measurements must be coordinated by emailing CDixon@flysav.com. The basis of this award is based off lowest quote and lead time. Questions From Bidders Are Due No Later Than (NLT) 5pm on April 10, 2024 All questions must be submitted in writing and directed to the Savannah Airport Commission's Purchasing Department at cdixon@flysav.com to be considered.
