Debs Park Slope Failure - 369 S. Avenue 52 Project SCOPE OF SERVICES
Tasks shall consist of: 1) completing a Health and Safety Plan (HASP), 2) reviewing available geologic and/or geotechnical information, 3) completing a topographic survey map, 4) field exploration and geologic mapping, 5) geotechnical laboratory testing, 6) geologic and geotechnical analysis, 7) preparation of a Geologic and Geotechnical Engineering Report, and 8) preparation of construction drawings, construction cost estimate, and specifications for a debris mitigation system. Assume the debris mitigation system will be constructed on private property. In addition, the geotechnical investigation will be performed on private property but can extend into RAP property as needed. The City of Los Angeles, Bureau of Engineering, is seeking a consultant to provide slope stability and mitigation for the Debs Park Slope Failure Project. The chosen consultant will evaluate failure of slope from City property to private property and provide a geotechnical report and recommendations. The City of Los Angeles (City) is soliciting a response from all consultants on the PQOC Geotechnical and Environmental Engineering Services Consultants List. Refer to the following Task Order Solicitation (TOS) for details of the required services. Your response to this TOS must be submitted Although it is our intention to move forward, the City always retains the right to award or not to award any part or all of the Task Order based solely on its convenience and shall not be responsible for any solicitation response costs. Any subconsultants that have been added to the contract and not originally a part of Schedule A must be registered with RAMP. This TOS is only applicable to the firms on the PQOC Geotechnical and Environmental Engineering Services Consultants List.
