Site work for a water / sewer project in Carson, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The objective of this project is to improve salmon habitat for Endangered Species Act (ESA) listed lower Columbia Steelhead in the Wind River Watershed. Using large wood obtained from nearby harvest units, large woody debris will be added to the Wind River to enhance pool quality and quantity, slow stream flow, increase streambank stability, and improve overall water quality for fish habitat. Period of Performance: 07/15/2024 to 11/28/2025 The instream restoration site is located approximately 45 miles northeast of Amboy, Washington or 20 miles north of Carson, Washington.
