Project to include the demo of walls and rooms, and addition of new walls to create a new layout. Existing ADA restrooms to remain. Project to include new interior finishes to match recent update. All HVAC and lighting to be updated per new layout. No structural members to be altered. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. Estimated Cost: $318,261.
