Ceiling Tiles & Materials Each bid must be accompanied by the Certified Check of the bidder or by a Cashier's Check, or by a Bid Bond prepared on the form of bid bond attached hereto as Exhibit A, duly executed by the bidder as principal, having surety thereon, a surety company approved by the College, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the base bid submitted, said 10% not to exceed $20,000.00 pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-21, payable to Camden County College. Only originals submitted on the College’s form Exhibit A will be accepted. Simultaneously with its delivery of the executed contract, the successful bidder shall deliver to the College an executed bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the accepted bid as security for the faithful performance of this contract and for the payment of all persons performing labor or furnishing materials in connection therewith, prepared in the form of contract bond attached hereto and having a surety thereon such surety company or companies as are acceptable on bonds approved by the Cllege, and as are authorized to transact business in this State The term of the contract to be awarded as the result of this bid shall be for one (1) year from the date of execution of the agreement unless otherwise stated. The College reserves the right to purchase, during the term of any contract to be awarded, any of the specified materials and/or services through the New Jersey State Cooperative Purchasing Agreement (State Contract) if it is in the College’s best interest to do so Question Deadline 03/29/2024 at 12:00 PM ET
