This work is estimated by the Department of Administration, Public Works Division to be less than $150,000.00. Bid must comply with the below listed requirements and utilize DAPW Form 35. The Contractor shall provide all labor and material for a preventative maintenance service as specified herein. Contractor to provide all labor and materiel and supervision for a preventative maintenance service as specified herein for Fire Sprinkler Systems. Prequalification is not required. Contractor to provide all labor and materiel and supervision for a preventative maintenance service as specified herein for Fire Sprinkler Systems. a. The term of this contract is to for 730 days (2 Years) and to cover all required testing and inspections during that time period as required below. b. Work shall be bid as a lump sum for the 2-year duration (730 days or 2 Years). The attached supplemental cost sheet is to be filled out and returned with the bid documents. c. Invoices permitted semi-annual upon completion of work for that period. d. Work shall include providing approved Emergency Services at an additional charge to the contract. e. There shall be a minimum of 2 inspections per year approximately 180 days apart.
