Renovation of a detention facility in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
In general, the work consists of: Remove existing domestic hot water expansion joints located within the utility tunnels that connection the central heating plant to the other buildings at Prairie Du Chien Correction Institution. Existing expansion joints shall be replaced with expansion loops as noted on the drawings for sizes and locations. Failure to visit the site or failure to examine any and all Contract Documents will in no way relieve the successful contractor from the necessity of furnishing any materials or equipment, or performing any work, that may berequired to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
