All work provided by Contractor shall be inspected by CARB's Southern Facilities Unit (SFU) to ensure that the scope of the service request has been completed. CARB is solely responsible for determining acceptability of the work performed. In the case of work requiring specialty inspection or performed under a building code, all required approvals shall be provided by qualified inspectors certified by corresponding regulatory entity approving the work. The contract term shall be for thirty-six (36) months. CARB's budget for this project is $29,997.00. Bids exceeding this amount may be deemed nonresponsive and ineligible for award.
