No bids received Sealed bids for furnishing and delivering the following items in the One Renaissance Center 1st Floor Lobby: Greenup Step Up Transformer Q & A Deadline: 03/25/2024 01:00 PM CDT No bid will be considered unless accompanied by a certified check, or bid bonds in the amount of 10% of the total bid, payable to the City as guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proposed Contract within ten (10) days from the date of the award of the Contract. On failure of the successful bidder to execute the Contract and/or required bond and insurances, he shall forfeit the deposit as agreed liquidated damages, and the acceptance of the bid will be contingent upon the bidder agreeing to this provision The City of Hamilton reserves the right to reject any and all responsive bids, and advertise again, or to accept any bid which may be deemed to advance the best interest of the City of Hamilton, Ohio.
