Well Drilling and Redevelopment Services ALL BIDS must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check, in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid not to exceed $20,000, and made payable to the Borough of Park Ridge. Guarantee checks or bid bonds shall be applied against the damages, incurred by the Borough, if the bidder fails to execute the contract and fumish bonds, as specified, within ten (10) days after the notification of the contract award. All Bids must be accompanied by a certificate from a surety company acceptable to the Mayor and Council, that such surety company will provide the bidder with a performance and payment bond as required in the specifications. All bids must include a non-collusion affidavit. All bids and certified checks or cashier checks must be delivered to the Borough Clerk on or before the hour named. THE Mayor and Council of the Borough of Park Ridge reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or to waive technicalities and informalities in any bid for the best interest of the Borough of Park Ridge and to consider the competency and responsibility of the bidders in awarding the contract.
