Well 20 at Borough of Park Ridge Board of Public Works In general, work consists of constructing a new PFAS treatment facility/process for Well 20 prior to entering Park Ridge's potable water system that includes the following: Construction of a new 35,876 SF treatment building and associated site work, subsurface piping, valves, and appurtenances. Coordination for delivery of pre-purchased treatment vessels, interior process piping, relocation of an existing chlorination system, wastewater gravity piping and relocation, electrical/programming work, and furnishing and installing a new well pump and motor in the existing treatment building. Please refer to the Well 20 Contract Drawings and Specifications for more detailed project requirements. Bidders Requests for information (RFI) or clarification must be submitted no later than 5:00 P.M. on November 22nd, 2024. Bidder shall submit with the bid an electronic bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, payable unconditionally to Borough of Park Ridge Treasurer, along with a Certificate (Consent of Surety) with Power of Attorney for the full amount of the bid price from a Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and said Surety will furnish a consolidated Performance and Payment Bond in amounts of 100% of the successful Bidder's contract. If the Bidder is to submit a certified check or cashier's check, it must be received at the Borough of Park Ridge no later than the time stated above at Borough of Park Ridge, 53 Park Avenue, Park Ridge, New Jersey 07656. All Bid Addenda will be issued on the website as well as in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11- 23c. Notice of addenda shall be provided pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of the content of all addenda related to this procurement. Bidders shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17- 27 et seq.
