This is normal and okay. The system will display $0.00 as your bid amount as a matter of course. The person that is evaluating your response will still see your document and pricing. UCA is seeking quotes from vendors who can provide the following radio site buildings pursuant to the specifications/terms/conditions and minimum requirements as outlined in the scope of work. Quotes should be quoted as a total price for all buildings, including shipping and any other charges. Information should be submitted via U3P/SciQuest. UCA intends to enter into a purchase agreement with the lowest priced bidder who confirms they meet all the specifications. All responses must be submitted via U3P/SciQuest to the Vendor Attachments section in the solicitation and include your contact name, company name, address, phone number, and email in your submission.
