Reference number: 1829933 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-04-08 Cégep de St-Jean-Sur-Richelieu is seeking bids for the renovation of sector E-3XX to accommodate the Visual Arts program. The nature of the work, but not limited to: Architectural redevelopment work on premises E-302, E-303a, E-304, E-305, E-306, E-308, E-310, E-315, E316, E-317 and E-318. There will be demolition and the erection of partitions in order to reconfigure some of the affected premises. There will be additions, modifications, new doors to be installed. Some suspended ceilings will be redone. The premises will be completely repainted and new cladding will be installed in some of these premises. Asbestos-related work will also take place at low, moderate and high risk. Specific furniture will be added to the project. Engineering work related to services, lighting and ventilation will also be carried out. A technical room will be set up with the recovery of an existing hood (currently in room D-104) and the addition of an air compensation system will be added. Start of work: May 13, 2024 Completion: 08 August 2024* *Work will begin on May 13, 2024. The work must be completed before the construction holiday on Friday, July 19, 2024 (list of deficiencies provided by the contractor before the professionals arrive).
