Valley State Prison Arsenic and Manganese Removal Water Treatment Plant Description: The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) intends to receive bids and award a contract for reaction vessels, filter vessel, chemical injection equipment, backwash recovery equipment, associated pumps, valves, piping and controls, including a 2,200 square foot building to house electronic controls/monitors, equipment, and chemical storage for this process. Deadline for Bidders Questions 5:00 PM May 01, 2024 Questions and Answer Addendum Posted 5:00 PM May 13, 2024 Questions regarding the bid will be answered by an addendum, if received in writing, via email to Richard.Zeunges@cdcr.ca.gov on the date specified in the Projected Timetable. Questions received after this time will not be answered. Final Completion 642 Calendar Days after Issuance of Official Notice to Proceed. Bidder's security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, and appropriate licensing are required of all bidders. The State's Estimate for the project is approximately $26,720,900.00. The Scope of Work (SOW) will include reaction vessels, filter vessel, chemical injection equipment, backwash recovery equipment, associated pumps, valves, piping and controls, and a 2,200 square foot building to house electronic controls/monitors, equipment and chemical storage for this process.
