Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Searcy, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project Consists of Construction of Approximately 5000 linear Feet of Asphalt Roadway and Associated Sidewalks, Ada Ramps, Earthwork, and Drainage Construction. The Basis of Cost, the Bidder's Financial Responsibility, His Equipment, and His Past Performance on Similar Projects. Bid Security Shall Be Furnished in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. The City Reserves the Right to Reduce the Total Amount of Work To Be Done as Required by Budget Restraints. Also, Work Added or Remaining Shall Be at the Same Unit Price as Submitted in the Proposal. the City Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Informalities and To Accept Theproposal Deemed to Be for Thebest Interest of the City. Question Deadline 04/15/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than three days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
