Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Russellville, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.

Asphalt apron pavement removal, subgrade stabilization, and asphalt apron pavement construction at the Russellville Regional Airport. Bid Security. Project to be awarded dependent upon receiving funds from the Federal Aviation Administration. Work will be completed within90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. A 5% Bid Security is required with the Bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject bids and waive formalities. Bidder must have a current general license from the Arkansas Contractor's Licensing Board before the bid proposal will be considered. It is the policy of the Department of Transportation (DOT)that disadvantaged business enterprises as defined in 49 CFR Part 23 shall have the maximum opportunity to participate in the performance of contracts financed in whole or in part with Federal funds. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE). As defined by Appendix A of 49 CFR Part 26,Regulations of the Office of the Secretary of Transportation, all bidders shall make good faith efforts, to subcontract a minimum of six and twenty-three hundredths percent (6.23%) of the dollar value of the prime contract to small and disadvantaged business concerns owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals (DBE) The bid proposal and work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county, and local laws, ordinances and regulations. Submit as a prerequisite to award of a contract AIA Document A305, Contractor's Qualification Statement, unless such statement has been submitted for review to the Engineer's office within the past six months. Prevailing Wage Rate, and Federal Labor Law Provisions as issued by the U.S. Department of Labor shall apply.
