The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) invites prospective bidders to review and CHP Clear Lake Area office Roof Maintenance Services. Questions Due April 26, 2024 @ 10:00 a.m. Bidders shall submit questions via email to Tessa Gomez at tegomez @chp.ca.gov. The term of the resulting agreement is anticipated to be effective from September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2027 License Requirement: California Contractors State License Board - C-39 Roofing Contractor. Contractor shall acquire and submit to CHP, and thereafter maintain for the contract term and any extension thereof, an original fidelity bond in an amount not less than $25,000, If the tentative low bidder is not a certified DVBE or small/micro business, a bid preference up to five percent (5%) is available to a responsive non-small business claiming twenty-five percent (25%) small business subcontractor participation with one or more small businesses.
