Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Westfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work under this Contract generally includes the redevelopment of the Jachym Field to include new dugouts and associated site improvements as described herein. A proposal guarantee of 5% of the Bid shall be required. Minimum wage rates have been set. Performance and Payment Bonds shall be 100% of the Contract Amount. Question Deadline 04/04/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to the Engineer (MikeB@rlaland.com.) in writing Questions received less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Attention is called to the minimum wage rates to be paid on the work as determined by the Commissioner of Labor and Industries under the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Sections 26 to 27G, inclusive. All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of General Laws, (3rd Ed.) Chapter 30, Section 39M, inclusive as amended. Federal Wage Rates apply, the higher of the two must be paid.
