The Project Scope consisting of, but not limited to: Lammers Rehabilitation and Painting of (Alternate 1) Davis and (Alternate 2) New Hall: (Work to include, but not limited to, selective demolition, LVT Flooring, Epoxy Flooring, Walk-Off Matts and Painting within the Common Spaces, Pod A, Pod B, Pod C and Pod D) Estimated Cost $1,829,413.00 The Project consists of but not limited to: Interior finish renovations to Lammers Hall on the Campus of Westfield State University.
