The Work is comprised of: Removal of existing piping and valves Replacement of identical system that is highlighted in the documents attached Set up a system to continuously provide the Town with pressurized potable water. The successful contractor will: Correspond and work with Saskatchewan Water Security Agency regarding compliance of processes Follow National Plumbing Code regarding materials and paint specifications approved for human consumption Removal and disposal of materials taken out Install new materials identical to what was set up before with proper sanitization Camera the line out to the main from the sump after exposed and prior to installing new piping Provide a letter of good standing from SWCB Provide proof of $5,000,000 Commercial General Liability Insurance Start the project no earlier than July 15, 2024 and be competed by August 31, 2024 The Town of Rocanville will: Supply available municipal employees to assist with local infrastructure knowledge and processes The original engineer drawing and list of materials is included and is accurate to the best of our knowledge. Pictures are also included of the current system. Please note in your proposal your anticipated start and completion date and how you will provide pressurized potable water to the town. The Town of Rocanville reserves the right to award the contract to any or no bidders, regardless of bid price.
