As of April 29, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. It is expected to be awarded on next board meeting May 16, 2024. 1. Acquisition of all required permits if applicable 2. Remove existing dead shrubbery and mulch on steep hill areas in front of buildings 1B, 2B & 3B and at entry to building 4 3. Supply and install all new shrubbery, perennials and plantings, including any fill and mulch as needed along steep hills, building 4 and create landscape bed at entry to the development 4. Remove and dispose of all brush, dirt, mulch and debris The Tewksbury Housing Authority is requesting proposals for steep hill landscape renovations and flower bed upgrade at the Robert Flucker Heights Development.
