Renovation of a residential development in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
As of May 22, 2024 project was awarded to PH.H.E.R.S., LLC, awarded amount is $89,000.00 and Pinnacle GC, Inc., awarded amount is $44,000.00. Residential Home Deck Replacement OHA is soliciting bids to replace wooden decks in 26 single-family homes and duplexes in the City of Omaha. The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to demo and replace existing decks and railings. The deadline for questions for the project is Thursday, April 11, 2024 at 2:00 PM CST. Scope of Work A. Remove the existing decks, related structures, any superfluous materials, including any construction debris, product packaging, or other waste. B. Existing concrete footings may be reused provided they are (1) in good condition, (2) meet all current code requirements and industry standards, and (3) are in the proper location to support the replacement structure(s). Any footings not meeting these requirements must be re-poured. C. Install a new deck, duplicating the approximate size and shape of former structure(s) unless otherwise specified. D. Ensure ledgers are properly flashed and attached to structural framing. E. Install all components required for safety, professional workmanship, and compliance with code requirements. F. Any holes created by demo activities must be backfilled.
