Renovation of an educational facility in Black Mountain, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The intent of this solicitation is for Buncombe County Schools to award a contract to replace C.D. Owen High School’s walk-in freezer and cooler. Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, taxes, materials, equipment, services, permits, incidental and implied for removing the current walk-in freezer and cooler at C.D. Owen High School and replacing it with a new Kolpak cooler and freezer. Contract Terms The Contract shall have a term effective from the issue date of the purchase order through the expected completion date. The Vendor shall complete work or providing services under the Contract no later than August 16, 2024. Bid shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the RFP and any addenda issued hereto.
