As of June 5, 2024, no bids received. No definite date for rebid. Buncombe County Schools reserves the right to waive any minor informality or technicality in bids received. Written questions must be emailed to the contact listed below by the date and time specified above in Section 2.3 RFP Schedule The Vendor shall hold the appropriate license of work to be performed and shall secure all permits required for the job completion, obtain, and deliver to Buncombe County Schools, all certification of inspection issued by the Authorities Having Jurisdiction. Questions concerning NC HUB certification, contact the North Carolina Office of Historically Underutilized Businesses at 984-236-0130 or huboffice.doa@doa.nc.gov Demo and dispose of the existing cooler and freezer. Any damage to the existing building will be the contractors responsibility to repair. All refrigerant shall be reclaimed and disposed of properly. Install new Kolpak build-in-place cooler and freezer per specifications listed below. This is a turnkey project all aspects of construction are the responsibility of the contractor, including but not limited to all Labor, material, equipment, permits, damage to existing buildings, fencing, patching of any wall penetrations, etc.
