Renovation of an educational facility in Framingham, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
May Hall Envelope Repairs. This project includes removal of the high upper roof and installation of a new roof assembly, new flashing at existing skylights, re-pointing areas of masonry at downspout and chimney locations and new copper gutters and downspouts on facades at May Hall. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate The University reserves the right to waive any informality or reject any quote if it determines it is in the Public Interest to do so. In the event the University is closed on the pre-bid conference date, the pre-bid will be held the next business day open at the same time and location. Bids are subject to MGL c149 S44A-J and to minimum wage rates as required by MGL c149 S26 to 27H inclusive. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit of 5% of the greatest possible bid amount and payable to Framingham State University. ALL BIDDERS MUST OBTAIN DOCUMENTS FROM OWNER IN ORDER TO BID.
