Site work and remodeling of a mixed-use development in East Wenatchee, Washington. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
SCOPE OF WORK Remove and replace the existing public restrooms at all three floors of the Health District office facilities. The work will include removal of existing finishes, fixtures, piping, lighting, etc. New work will install new sewer and water piping, new walls, new plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, resilient floors and base, gypsum wall board, paint, tile, suspended ceilings, lighting, and updates to existing doors. Contractor will be selected at the following Board of Health Meeting. The Health District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities, without cause. As a guarantee that if awarded the Contract, the bidder will execute same, each bid shall be accompanied by a certified or bank cashier's check or by a Bid Bond, in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid (including alternates, if any) made payable to the Chelan-Douglas Health District. Bid Bonds must be furnished by a company licensed to do business as surety in the State of Washington.
