Scope of work: Remove existing roof down to concrete deck. Prep concrete deck and adhere insulation to deck, then adhere subsequent layers insulation to each other with a 1/8" tapered insulation for a finish slope of 1/4" finish slope, adhere a 1/2" recover board, provide sump to existing drains and overflows in a single drain sump. Adhere a two-ply mod bit "cool roof" system to recover board with associated wall, curb flashings as per spec. Coat top and roof face of stove coping (ensure protection from runs and drips of exterior face of stone coping. Remove existing abandoned chiller and associated chiller and domestic water lines to below deck and cap and abandoned remaining pipes in place. Install associated sheet metal flashing and trim. At equipment wells at ground level. Contractor to remove and replace sealants around replacement windows on west and north side of building Adjacent to replacement windows contractor to clean and prep gap between old window frames and install new sealant and baker rod at jamb, sills and head. At west side and north side of equipment wells, contractor to remove and replace sealant around old steel windows and to seal gap at head between frame and operable windows with backer rod and sealant. At joint between exterior wall of building and flat work prep and apply new sealant to this joint. At all penetrations through exterior building in equipment wells, contractor to seal around all louvers, ducts, and pipe penetrations. On equipment wells at southwest side of building, contractor to seal all penetrations going through wall towards street and prep ad clean wall and apply concrete wall waterproofing coating. The last day for questions from prospective Offerors is at 5:00 PM on Friday, March 29, 2024. The Business Equity Goal is 5%.
