Site work for a mixed-use development in Punta Gorda, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool; and water / sewer project.
It is the intent of Charlotte County to secure the services of a licensed individual or Contractor to successfully resurface the swimming pool, dive well, and surge tank at South County Regional Park located at 670 Cooper Street, Punta Gorda, Florida, 33950. Estimated budget is $150,000. Local licenses required: Certified/Registered General, Certified/General Swimming Pool Class A, or Certified/General Swimming Pool Class B There will be no Pre-Bid Conference for this Project. Bidders are requested to email any project related questions to sheri.strong@charlottecountyfl.gov. Question Deadline 04/12/2024 Discrepancies, omissions, or questions about the intent of the documents should be submitted to the Purchasing Division in written form as a request for interpretation no later than five (5) calendar days prior to bid opening (or shall be verbally addressed at the pre-bid conference). There will be no Pre-Bid Conference for this Project. Bidders are requested to email any project related questions to sheri.strong@charlottecountyfl.gov.
