Reference Number 0000347388 The Cherokee Office of Economic Development ("CoED"), on behalf of the Development Authority of Cherokee County ("DACC"), and pursuant to the provisions of O.C.G.A. 36-91, et. seq., seeks competitive sealed proposal from State of Georgia Licensed Utility contractors for the construction of a new public sewer line. This infrastructure development is intended to facilitate future growth on the north side of I-575. The work includes the installation of a 1,385 LF 12"sanitary sewer line, critical for supporting anticipated commercial and industrial expansion in the area and is situated in proximity to Interstate 575 (I-575), within Land Lots 294 & 295, 14th District, 2nd Section, Cherokee County, Georgia. The line will consist of approximately 890 LF of PVC - SDR 26, and 495 LF of 12" DIP in 24" steel casing pipe. The DIP and Casing will use a Jack and Bore process per Plan for the section that is under I-575.
