Reference Number 0000267195 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/04/11 05:00:00 PM CST This Invitation to Tender ("ITT") is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Power Corporation ("SaskPower") to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of Composite Materials - Crossarm (S), as further described in the ITT Particulars (Appendix A) (the "Goods"). SaskPower is a Saskatchewan Crown Corporation continued under The Power Corporation Act (Saskatchewan). It is principally responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity for most of Saskatchewan. This ITT is intended to replenish inventory items identified in the Contract Price Form. During the term of the contract SaskPower will issue separate Purchase Order Releases for each requirement to the successful bidder. Each Purchase Order Release may include one or more items, and the quantity for each item ordered will be determined by the requirements at the time of order. SaskPower reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
