Reference Number 0000267192 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/04/16 02:00:00 PM EDT McMaster University is soliciting information from interested Proponents seeking to provide Mechanical Contractor Services and wishing to be a qualified Firm for a prequalified bidders list known as the Vendor of Record - Mechanical Contractors (VOR-MC) for Construction value of up to $5 million. Successful proponents will be provided opportunities to bid on projects for McMaster University over the term identified in this Request for Supplier Qualification (RFSQ) or until the RFSQ is cancelled by McMaster University. The term of this RFSQ is for three (3) years from the date of award, with an option to be extended for two (2) additional one (1) plus one (1) year terms. This current RFSQ once awarded will be republished annually to refresh the supplier pool, thereby enabling existing suppliers to maintain eligibility without the requirement for resubmission. Accept or reject any response based on the review and criteria as determine in the sole and absolute discretion of McMaster University. Provide a letter from the proponents Bonding Company identifying the proponent will be able to provide Labour and Materials Bonding and Performance Bonding at 50% for both small (up to $2 million) and large (up to $5 million) in construction value. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
